Wessel Arnold is an experienced professional in project and environmental management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a senior project manager and environmental manager at Movares Nederland BV since January 2006, Wessel oversees significant projects such as the HOV light rail connection in Utrecht and feasibility studies for municipalities in collaboration with TenneT. Previous roles include environmental management for projects at Rijkswaterstaat and senior project leadership at Movares' predecessor, Holland Railconsult BV. Wessel began in the field of soil science at OMEGAM, progressing to lead the construction materials and remediation department during pivotal environmental projects in Amsterdam. Wessel holds a Master's degree in Soil Science from Wageningen University & Research and has completed a Project Management certification from NIMO IPMA.
