Richard Rohrbaugh is a seasoned professional engineer with extensive experience in production management and consulting within the civil engineering field. Since 1986, Richard has served as Senior Vice President and Principal at Kimley-Horn, where responsibilities include supporting clients and consulting practices nationally. Prior to this, Richard was the Land Development Group Leader at DSA Group, Inc. from 1984 to 1986, managing a multi-discipline land development civil engineering practice. Richard began their career as a Regional Water Quality Engineer with the NC NRCD - Division of Environmental Management from 1981 to 1984, overseeing project review and permitting for 16 counties in north central piedmont North Carolina. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
