Adam Lynch has worked in the engineering field since 2005. Adam began their career as an Engineer/Research Assistant at Monash University, where they were responsible for FPGA hardware development, student supervision, software development, laboratory and synchrotron experiments, IT management, and academic presentation/publication. In 2004, they took on the role of Club President at MONUC, where they extended the club membership base, maintained gear, boats, compressors, and ran multiple club events. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Design and Verification Engineer (FPGA) at Arrayware Pty Ltd, where they developed specification, implementation and test documents and designed vendor independent FPGA hardware with full regression testing. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Design and Verification Engineer (ASIC) at Nitero. At AMD from 2017 to 2020, they were a Design and Verification Engineer (ASIC) and acted as Verif Lead and RTL designer for low-latency Virtual Reality codec. Adam was also responsible for maintaining tools, process and verification methodology including templates and continuous integration. Currently, they are a Design and Verification Engineer at Movandi.
Adam Lynch attended Monash University from 2000 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Computer Systems.
