Sreenivasa Bharadwaj is a skilled telecommunications professional with extensive experience in voice network management and technical support. Currently serving as a Telecommunication Administrator 3 at Mouser Electronics since November 2021, Sreenivasa has successfully implemented the PCIPal project for customer credit card information protection while also providing support to internal teams and clients. Prior to this, Sreenivasa worked as a Senior Converge Communication Engineer at NTT Ltd., where responsibilities included managing clients in the APAC and EMEA regions and ensuring efficient service delivery. At Mindtree, Sreenivasa served as a Senior Engineer for American Express, developing new call distribution components within Avaya systems. Earlier experience includes a Technical Support Engineer role at VIS Networks, providing troubleshooting support for various Avaya communication devices.
