Len Nicholson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Len most recently held the position of Senior Director Business Services/CIO at Mountaire Farms starting in October 2021. Prior to that, Len worked at Smithfield Foods from 2015 to 2021, where they held roles such as Vice President IT Business Services & Transformation and Senior Director-Business Transformation. Len also has experience in tax services, having been the Managing Partner at Nicholson Tax Service from 2005 to 2016. Len has held various director-level positions at Smithfield Farmland, Smithfield Packing, and Dominion. Len's expertise includes finance, accounting, system implementation, and operational analysis.

Len Nicholson obtained a degree in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Len also completed their MBA in Finance from William & Mary. In addition, they obtained various certifications, including the Regional Leadership Forum from the Society for Information Management in 2019, the Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2012, the Dale Carnegie Course from Dale Carnegie in 2012, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Dominion Energy in 2001.
