Jerica Adorno has a strong work history, with experience in various roles and positions. Jerica started their career in 2005 as the Assistant Director of Admissions at the Midwestern Connecticut Council on Alcoholism, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined both Artemis Partners, LLC and Mountainside, where they held multiple roles. At Artemis Partners, LLC, they started as an Associate and later became the Vice President of Projects and Team Development. At Mountainside, they also started as an Associate and eventually became the Vice President of Projects and Team Development.

Jerica Adorno attended Western Connecticut State University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
