Terry Pena serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at Mountains Community Hospital since September 2013, bringing over two decades of experience in healthcare leadership. Prior to this role, Terry Pena held the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Mayers Memorial Hospital District from August 1990 to April 2013. Education includes a Master in HealthCare Administration from California State University East Bay, completed between 2013 and 2015, a Fellowship from California Health Care Leadership College in 2012-2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Samuel Merritt/St. Mary's College.
