Parker Halcomb has a diverse range of work experience, starting with a current role as an NDS Design Engineer at MOUNTAIN, LTD. Their previous experience includes working as a System Integration Engineer at ASML, where they assisted with the installation, calibration, and testing of nanometer accuracy EUV photolithography systems. They also worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, where they contributed to the development of IFE systems and used AutoCAD Electrical for wiring design. Additionally, Parker worked as a Freshmen Design Assistant at the University of Portland, providing technical guidance to engineering students, managing tools and materials, and assisting with 3D printing and machining. They also gained experience as a Painter during the summer months. Prior to that, Parker worked as an Intern at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, again focusing on IFE systems and using AutoCAD Electrical for wiring design. They began their work experience as a Peer Tutor at Edmonds Community College.

Parker Halcomb has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Portland, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Prior to attending the University of Portland, Parker Halcomb attended Edmonds College from 2011 to 2012, where the degree and field of study are unknown.
