Kirsti Casillas has extensive experience in the accounting and customer service fields, currently serving as an Accounting and Disclosure Technician at Mountain West Financial, Inc. since May 2013. In this role, Kirsti assists brokers and branches with inquiries, ensures loan accuracy and compliance, calculates fees, and trains team members. Prior experience includes working as a server at BJ's Restaurants, where responsibilities involved assisting guests and training new staff, as well as administrative roles as a receptionist at Spreen Honda and Toyota of Redlands. Kirsti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from California State University-San Bernardino, completed in 2012.
