Cindy Douglas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and consulting industries. As the CEO and Founder of Cindy Douglas & Associates since October 2013, Cindy Douglas focuses on building sustainable mortgage companies. Concurrently, as an Onboarding Specialist at Mountain West Financial since November 2008, Cindy Douglas facilitates training for new branches to enhance sales and process flow. In addition, Cindy Douglas has served as a Consultant for Connect the Data since August 2006, assisting clients in streamlining workflows and analyzing business systems. Previous roles include Functional Analyst III at American Home Mortgage, where Cindy Douglas developed a contact management system for loan officers, and Owner of CD Consulting Group, Inc., specializing in customized databases and workflow analysis.
