Nick Thelen is an accomplished digital operations and eCommerce specialist with extensive experience in strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Currently serving as the Principal Site Operations Specialist at Mountain Hardwear since July 2023, Nick focuses on executing the eCommerce business strategy for the company's websites in the US and Canada. Prior to this, Nick was the Senior Manager of Digital Services at Vista Outdoor Inc., where leadership efforts targeted e-commerce growth and large-scale project management. Previous roles include Web Strategist at Ultratech, Senior Web Product Owner at Priceradar.com, and Design Director at Mooncheese Studios, among others. Nick holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration/Communication Design from Otis College of Art and Design.
