Candice Hernandez is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Mountain F. Enterprises, Inc. since May 2021, Candice oversees all Human Resources functions and collaborates with executive and management teams on employment issues. Previously, Candice held the same role at GMJ AIR SHUTTLE, LLC from April 2014 to May 2021 and at Sacor Financial in 2010. Notably, Candice was the Director of Human Resources & Recruiting at National Credit Acceptance, Inc. from March 2003 to June 2009, where responsibilities included supporting over 300 employees, policy implementation, and employee relations. Candice's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management from the University of Phoenix and pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Law at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
