Kouassi Aman is an experienced program coordinator and medical specialist currently at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres since January 2017, overseeing daily operations with an emphasis on communication management and medication compliance. Previous experience includes serving as a caregiver for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as roles in educational support as a Math Enrichment Tutor with Minnesota Reading Corps & Minnesota Math Corps and a Calculus Workshop Assistant at Augsburg University. Early career roles include DSP and machine operation at AMAS Incorporated and Mikros Engineering Inc., respectively. Kouassi Aman holds a BA in Mathematics from Augsburg University and an Associate of Arts from Normandale Community College, along with a DEUG in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny, and is pursuing an MSBA in Business Statistics at Hamline University.
