Hector Sabathie-Pugh currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Camelback Resort since April 2023. Prior to this role, Hector was the Human Resources Regional Recruitment Manager at Cove Haven Entertainment Resorts from May 2013 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the recruitment process across three notable couples resorts in the Pocono Mountains, as well as developing key human resource skills in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, and safety implementation. Earlier in the career, Hector held positions as a Housekeeping Supervisor and Guest Service Agent. Hector has pursued education at The Art Institutes since 2011.
