Thais Souza is a logistics professional with extensive experience in coordinating and analyzing logistics operations. Currently serving as Coordenadora de logística at Motz since March 2023, Thais previously held the position of Analista de logística Sênior at Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio from February 2019 to February 2023, and worked as Analista de logística at Mosaic Brasil from January 2017 to January 2019. Early career experience includes roles at Peers Consulting as Trainee de projetos and Estagiário from 2014 to 2016. Thais is pursuing an Executive MBA in Gestão de Projetos at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, expected to complete in August 2024, and has a background in negotiation tactics from Live University as well as a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Universidade Paulista.
