Andy Chen possesses extensive experience in technology and advisory roles, currently serving as an Ambassador and Advisor at the College of Computer Science, NYCU, and holding various strategic advisory positions at Ghost Robotics and the Taiwan Space Agency. With a background in venture capital as a Venture Partner at Motus Ventures and a history of advising on AI, robotics, and sensor technologies, Andy has collaborated with numerous companies including CMOS Sensors Inc and RIOS Corporation. Previous roles include Global Strategic Alliance Director at Oracle and partnership development at Volkswagen Group of America, complemented by academic qualifications in Management Sciences and Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
