Vinayak I. Naik is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in design and project leadership within the wastewater treatment sector, currently serving as Design Lead at Mott MacDonald since December 2022. With a career at Mott MacDonald dating back to December 2016, Vinayak has also held the roles of Project Leader and Design Lead at Mott MacDonald Bentley since January 2020. Previously, Vinayak worked as a Planning Engineer at Key Gulf Construction, overseeing project scope, timelines, costs, and contractual matters, and started as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Larsen and Toubro Pvt. Ltd., where significant achievements included conducting a Labour Productivity Survey and managing a team. Vinayak holds an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, completed in 2014, following earlier education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya.
