Christopher Klesch is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Mott Corporation since June 2007, Christopher has developed innovative manufacturing methods, securing significant new orders and generating substantial annual revenue. Previously, Christopher held roles including Production Manager, responsible for overseeing large teams and generating corrective actions to optimize production, and Director of Operations for the Sheet and Tube Value Stream, collaborating closely with senior leadership to align strategic initiatives. Earlier career roles include Mechanical Designer/Drafter at QuEST Global and Owner/Operator of Capricorn Engineering, where Christopher successfully increased revenue and expanded operational capabilities.
