Joshua Cullion is an experienced Broker Associate at Mott & Chace Sotheby's International Realty since April 2022, following a successful tenure as Owner/CEO of Joshua Patrick Interiors, where lifestyle design was the primary focus. Prior to these roles, Joshua served as a Broker Associate at REMAX Professionals for 18 years and held various positions including President of the Downtown Neighborhood Alliance and Design Associate at Taylor Interior Design. Joshua’s career began as a Project Manager at Bierly-Drake, specializing in custom high-end residential interiors and architectural builds. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Joshua holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Studio, Art History, and Textile Merchandising.
