Luca Lo Sinno is an experienced operations and plant manager with a robust background in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as the Operation Manager at MOTOVARIO S.p.A. since September 2020, Luca previously held the position of Plant Operations Manager at STILL Italia from May 2018 to August 2020. Prior roles at Comer Industries from April 2010 to April 2018 included various managerial positions, where responsibilities spanned multiple plants in Northern Italy, focusing on production management, maintenance, and lean production methodologies. Luca has advanced education in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Six Sigma, and is a qualified KAIZEN Coach. Luca holds an engineer's degree in Industrial Management from Politecnico di Bari and has studied at Universitat Politècnica de València.
