Paula Ward is an experienced professional in change management and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Change and Transformation at Motorpoint since April 2021. Ward's extensive background at British Gas from July 1997 to January 2021 included roles such as Head of P&D Transformation, Operational Excellence Programme Manager, Product Owner for Smart Metering, and various managerial and analytical positions.
