Sarah Gainer is the Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Motorola Solutions since June 2011, with extensive experience in audit, risk management, and integration management for M&A activities. Previously, Sarah served as Senior Director of the Integration Management Office and Audit Services, leading the execution of enterprise risk management plans and driving successful acquisitions. With a longstanding career at Motorola, Sarah held various senior finance roles, including Senior Director of Business Transformation, responsible for consolidating global finance processes, and VP/Controller of multiple business units with significant revenue responsibilities. Sarah holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Iowa State University.
