Ramon Ortega Jr. is a Cyber Security Analyst at Motorola Solutions since January 2019, specializing in SOC analysis and customer success. Previously, Ramon served as a Technical Support Manager at EJ Ward from October 2017 to March 2018, and as an IT Services Manager at IBC Bank from September 2015 to October 2017, overseeing an IT Help Desk and IT Field Technicians servicing over 200 branches. At U-Haul International, Inc. from June 2014 to September 2015, Ramon acted as an Area Field Manager, managing U-Haul dealers and significantly increasing gross sales. Prior experience includes a tenure at Plains Capital as an IT Services Manager & Officer from July 2006 to November 2013, where responsibilities included staff management and reporting to the CIO. Ramon completed education at The University of Texas-Pan American and graduated from McAllen High School.
