Peter Matthes, PMP, is an experienced Senior Operations Manager at Motorola Solutions, where responsibilities include leading a global service data transformation project focused on data enablement, process optimization, automation, and efficiency. Districts as a Senior Project Manager in several roles encompass service operations analytics, system upgrades for the State of Minnesota's ARMER P25 System, and managing multiple concurrent upgrade projects. Additional expertise spans customer support management, account management for state regions, and systems engineering, including designing industry-specific SCADA systems.
