Gad Ifergan is an experienced system engineer and IT professional with a robust background in Linux systems, storage, and backup solutions. Currently serving as the System Engineer Team Lead at Motorola Solutions since July 2017, Gad has previously held roles such as IT Engineer at Matrix and System Engineer at DXC Technology. Gad's extensive tenure at Motorola Solutions spans over two decades, where key responsibilities included managing Veritas Netbackup and VMware environments, as well as providing technical support and leadership in various capacities including laboratory management and user support. Gad's educational credentials include a Practical Engineer degree in Industrial Electronics from the College of Technology in Ashdod and coursework at John Bryce. Early technical experience was gained as a Technician in the Israel Defense Forces from 1985 to 1989.
