Danny Kam is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the fields of video intelligence and system solutions. Currently serving as Senior Director at Motorola Solutions since June 2019, Danny has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Vigilant and Head of CTO System Solutions. Prior to this, Danny contributed to Optigo Networks as a Board Member and Executive Advisor, and supported startup companies as an Executive in Residence at VentureLabs, where a focus on scale-up strategies and operational challenges was emphasized. Danny's earlier career includes significant positions at Avigilon, where leadership in engineering helped establish recognition in HD surveillance systems, and at Redback Networks, leading R&D efforts until its acquisition by Ericsson. A solid educational foundation in Electrical Engineering was obtained from The University of British Columbia.
