Brock Dean has worked in the software development field since 2011. Brock began their career as a Software Intern at Ford Motor Company in 2011, followed by a Software Engineer role at Dematic North America in 2012. In 2016, they held concurrent roles as a Software Developer at LeanLogistics and BluJay Solutions. Brock is currently a Senior Software Developer at Motorcity Systems since 2019. Brock'srole at Dematic includes designing, implementing, testing, and supporting Dematic's Order Fulfillment software products. Brock has also been Technical Lead on some projects, developing the skills to coordinate and guide other engineers to be successful.

Brock Dean attended Michigan Technological University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering with a focus in Computer Software Engineering.
