Kris Bahlke is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently serving as COO at Motor since April 2021, Kris focuses on innovative electric car experiences. Previously, Kris held key roles at Rinse, including Vice President of Operations and Regional Manager, overseeing major East Coast markets. At Nextility, Kris was Head of Company Operations, leading strategic initiatives and managing P&L for the energy brokerage sector. Additional experience includes launching operations at KOMAZA as External Relations Fellow, teaching both at Trinity Preparatory School and Hai Tao Primary School, and working in corporate communications and internships related to environmental advocacy. Kris holds a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in English, French, and Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University.
