Brian Conners has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brian began their career in 1992 as a Graphic Designer for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Engineering Professional Development. In 1999, they joined the Community of Peace Academy as an Information Technology Specialist, where they were responsible for managing all IT operations for the school district. Brian then progressed to the role of IT Manager, overseeing staff, budgets, and technology infrastructure.

In 2007, Conners joined Wyde and took on multiple roles, including Scrum Master/Manager of Training and Consultant/Trainer. Brian led instructional solutions development, coached employees on Agile practices, and worked with clients on training and consulting needs. Brian also served as a Senior Software Developer during this time.

In 2018, Conners joined BPC Velocity as a Principal Consultant, specializing in Agile, Scrum, and Software Development. Brian assisted growing companies in their transformations from waterfall to agile methodologies.

From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Full Throttle Technologies as Vice President of Operations. Brian managed core systems development and support, converted company operations to an Agile/Scrum model, and led development and support resources.

Currently, Conners holds the position of Vice President of Operations at MOTOR Information Systems, starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Conners has demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, software development, and IT management.

Brian Conners attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Art. Brian'sfield of study included Graphic Design, Painting, and Ceramics.

Afterwards, from 1994 to 1998, Brian attended The University of Bonn, where they achieved a Vordiplom degree in Translation. Brian'sarea of expertise within translation included German, Korean, and English.

In terms of additional certifications, Brian earned a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2018.
