Michael Cox has over two decades of experience in the food service and operations management sector, currently serving as Head of Operations at Motor Fuel Group since October 2016. In this role, Michael leads a team of Area Managers to develop and grow food service brands, oversees national online delivery projects, and maintains business relations with partners. Previously, Michael held the position of Operations Manager at Kout Food Group, managing multiple branded roadside restaurants, and has also worked in various capacities at Hybrid Dining Ltd, including Project Manager for a national EPOS rollout. Michael began a career in management with Little Chef and Burger King, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence and team development throughout various roles.
