Keondra Diez is currently serving as the United States of America’s Ms Lancaster County 2024, preparing to compete for the title of United States of America’s Miss Pennsylvania in November 2024, with a focus on raising awareness about childhood trauma and adoptees. Keondra is the CEO and Founder of Happy Place Cakes LLC, and also an entrepreneur at Trauma to Triumphant, leveraging personal experiences as an adoptee and trauma survivor to inspire others. Additional roles include Independent Sales Associate at Motor Club Of America, Independent Nail Stylist at Color Street, and former positions as a Certified Nursing Assistant at multiple organizations, including Cross Country Medical Staffing Network and Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. Keondra has a background in Early Childhood Education from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center and holds a degree in Certified Nurse Assistant from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, as well as education from the University of Phoenix.
