Julianne K. has held multiple roles in the legal field. From 2018 to present, they have been the Director of Operations/In-House Counsel at MotoLink LLC. From 2015 to present, they have been an Immigration Attorney at Julianne M. Kinsey, Esq., servicing Immigration Clients Worldwide and preparing and drafting a wide range of petitions. From 2009 to present, they have been self-employed as a Business Transactional Contracts Attorney & Contracts Management Specialist, providing services to clients in the Real Estate Development & Construction, Aerospace, & Veterinary Industries.

Julianne K. began their educational journey at the University at Albany, SUNY from 1996 to 1997. Julianne then attended Dowling College from 1998 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General. After that, they attended Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University from 2000 to 2001. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Law - JD from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004.
