Roman Grygoriev began their career in 2013 at TemplateMonster.com as a Technical Support Engineer until 2021. In 2015, they moved to MotoCMS.com, starting as a Customer Support Shift Manager and later taking on roles as Head of Support and Director of Customer Service, where they currently serve.

Roman Grygoriev completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Zaporizhzhia National University from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University from 2008 to 2015.
