Tige Daane currently serves as the Technical Director at MotoAmerica since December 2020 and has been the Owner of Daane Racing since January 2016, specializing in operations consulting. Previous experience includes roles such as Service Manager at Fastbike Industries from March 2019 to December 2020, Motorcycle Market Manager at JRi Shocks from April 2015 to April 2016, and Operations Manager at Ftecu from February 2013 to March 2015. Tige also owned CM Motorsports from May 2004 to February 2015 and worked as an Account Manager at Finance America from April 2003 to January 2005, as well as a Mortgage Broker at Ditech Financial LLC from February 2002 to April 2003.
