Niranjan Marpaka began their work experience as a BPO employee at PATNAIK AND CO PVT LTD from November 2015 to December 2016. Niranjan then worked as a Process Executive at Randstad India from March 2021 to August 2021. Currently, they are employed as an Associate Software Engineer at Motivity Labs since September 2021.

Niranjan Marpaka completed their Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from svs group of institution from 2011 to 2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) in Digital Communications from Warangal Jobs from 2018 to 2020.
