Cynthia Bailey serves as the Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor at Motivational Services, Inc. since April 2018. Prior to this role, Cynthia held the position of Team Lead at Tri County Mental Health from April 2012 to April 2018, overseeing a mobile crisis team and conducting risk assessments. Cynthia also worked as a Social Work Supervisor at Baltimore City Department of Social Services from July 2009 to March 2012, managing a team responsible for the safe home placement of at-risk children and youth. Previous experience includes positions as a Care Manager at CIGNA Behavioral Health and Floor Manager at Magellan Health Services. Cynthia holds a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Clinical/Administration from the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
