Higinio Sanchez has extensive experience in the contact center industry. Higinio served as the CEO and President of Motiva Contact Centers since 2009. During their tenure, they successfully directed the company's growth from a startup to 450 work stations with 900 agents operating 24/7. Higinio also played a key role in developing the company's annual strategic business plan and mentoring the operations team. Prior to Motiva, they served as the CEO and President of Telvista from 1999 to 2008.
Higinio Sanchez holds an MBA from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, which they obtained between 1998 and 2000. Prior to their MBA, they completed executive training in Marketing, Telecom, and Sales at the SBC Advance Education Center from 1995 to 1998. Higinio also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronic Engineering and Communications, which they acquired from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education between 1984 and 1989. Higinio has additional certifications as a Dale Carnegie Trainer from the Motorola New York University in 1993, and a Versatil Sales Pearson certification from the SBC Southwestern Bell Advance Education Center.
