Sandy Leifeste serves as the Business Assurance Manager at Motiva Enterprises LLC, leading the development and implementation of training programs within the Trading & Supply organization since January 2014. Previous experience includes various roles at Shell from May 2000 to December 2014, such as Change Manager for Organizational Design during the DS1 GSAP Implementation, SOX Coordinator overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for the Supply Chain, and Procurement Manager responsible for sourcing and contract management for Performance Chemicals and Automotive Products. Sandy Leifeste possesses a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from Texas State University and is currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business.
