Bala Balachandran is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Senior Project Director at Worley since January 2024 and as Senior Engineering Project Manager at Motiva Enterprises LLC since May 2019. With a career spanning over three decades, Bala has held key roles including Senior Project Manager at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and Project Engineering Manager for Major Capital Projects at Chevron.
