Vik Sridharan's work experience began in 2005 as an Intern/Electrical Technician at Advanced Electron Beams. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Technician at Accuprobe, Inc., where they designed probe cards to customer specifications and participated in quality assurance.

In 2007, Vik joined iCRco as an Engineering Intern/CNC Programmer and later transitioned to the role of Design Engineer, where they designed and modified parts, assemblies, and drawings. Vik also worked on implementing procedures and documentation consistent with ISO 13485 for medical devices. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Production Engineer at iCRco, responsible for facilitating the release of new products, troubleshooting production line problems, and issuing Engineering Change Notices.

Starting in 2012, Vik worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Hi-Shear Technology, where they contributed to the smooth completion of machines per production schedule. In 2014, they joined Chemring Energetic Devices as a Configuration Management professional. Later that year, they joined GKN Aerospace as a Liaison/Manufacturing Engineer, supporting manufacturing processes until 2017.

At GKN Aerospace, Vik took on the role of Technical Team Lead - Manufacturing Engineering from 2018 to 2020, and then served as an Engineering Team Lead from 2020 to 2022. Vik was responsible for leading engineering and technical teams.

In 2022, Vik joined ASTECH Engineered Products, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, overseeing manufacturing engineering activities until December 2022. Vik is currently employed as a Process Engineer at Motiv Space Systems, Inc., starting from December 2022.

Vik Sridharan pursued their education in Aerospace Engineering from 2000 to 2009 at the University of Southern California. Vik obtained a Bachelor of Science degree during this period.
