Carly Cottam is an experienced professional in the property development and marketing sector, currently serving as Founder and CEO of MOTIV since March 2020, where a unique multi-disciplinary approach to strategy, sales, and marketing is employed. Prior to this, Carly held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at GURNER™, overseeing a significant portfolio of buildings and apartments under development. Additional roles include Associate Director at Three Sixty° Property Group and Sales/Marketing Manager at Consolidated Properties Group, both leaders in residential development and sales. Carly's expertise extends to previous managerial positions with Pride Property, Ricoh Australia, and Richardson and Wrench Noosa, showcasing a strong background in sales and account management. Carly is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Property and Real Estate at Deakin University.
