Mike Wilbur has extensive experience in project management and customer service, currently serving as a Project Manager at MOTIV Bowling since March 2016. Responsibilities include managing IT and technology, overseeing brand ambassadors, coordinating test drive schedules, and handling collegiate and youth programs, among other duties. Prior to this role, Mike was a Customer Service Representative at MOTIV Bowling, where significant improvements were made to a worldwide exchange program, and cost reductions were achieved through innovative shipment plans. Previous experience includes a social media marketing internship at Buffalo Bobs, where social media following increased by over 400%, and a managerial position at Whippie Dip. Mike also worked as a Manufacturing Technician at Motiv Bowling, focusing on quality assurance for product components. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Economics from Hope College.
