Pedro Vieira has a diverse work experience in various companies. Pedro started their career as a Project Assistant at Syspat in 2014 and worked there until 2018. After that, they joined the Virtual Reality and Multimedia Research Group (GRVM) at UFPE as a Software Engineer from 2015 to 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, Pedro worked as a Student Research Assistant at Fortiss, where they supported research and development efforts in autonomous traffic monitoring using Generative Adversarial Networks.

In 2019, they joined STTech GmbH as an AI Developer, where they designed, developed, and implemented C++ and Python software applications for indoors robotics using sensor fusion and SLAM. Pedro also developed a test framework for high-quality testing based on project requirements.

In 2021, Pedro joined Huawei as a Master Thesis Student, where they researched and developed deep learning solutions for performing semantic segmentation on hyper-spectral images. Pedro also wrote their master's thesis on this topic.

Currently, Pedro is working at Motius as a Tech Specialist in Software Engineering since 2022.

Pedro Vieira completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Centro de Informática UFPE from 2013 to 2018. Pedro then pursued a Masters degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Munich from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Pedro also obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Music Production Capstone, Music Production Specialization, Pro Tools Basics, The Art of Music Production, and The Technology of Music Production.
