Mehmet Berk Gürçay has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Summer Intern at Türkiye İş Bankası in 2014. Mehmet Berk then went on to work as a Software Engineer Intern at Siemens in 2015, where they contributed to R&D projects and developed a Java plugin for JIRA issue tracking software. In 2019, they joined Motius as a Backend Developer NodeJS - Working student, gaining experience in backend development and becoming familiar with new technologies. Alongside this role, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Technical University Munich from April 2019 to August 2019. In 2020, they took on a Master Thesis Project at Technical University of Munich, collaborating with Professor Jens Grossklags, Ph.D. Their most recent position is at Motius, where they serve as a Tech Specialist in Backend, starting in February 2021. Throughout their work experience, Mehmet Berk Gürçay has demonstrated a strong technical background and a passion for exploring new technologies.

Mehmet Berk Gürçay completed their Master's degree in Informatics from the Technical University of Munich from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Koç University between 2012 and 2017. Mr. Gürçay's educational journey began at Rotary 100. Yıl Anadolu Lisesi from 2008 to 2012, where they focused on Physical Sciences, although they didn't obtain a specific degree from there.
