Justin Harless has extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Motion Recruitment since January 2013, following the merger with MATRIX, where Justin also held the position of Director for the Western Region. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at Ascent Services Group, where Justin built and managed a team focused on the direct market, and Director of Emerging Markets at The Judge Group, providing a range of staffing solutions. Justin began a career in staffing as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter at TAC Worldwide Companies, specializing in the financial services sector. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Business from Arizona State University and further studies at Richmond, The American International University in London.
