David Forshee, MPSE, is an accomplished sound professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Sound Supervisor, Re-Recording Mixer, and Sound Effects Editor at DF Sound, Inc. since August 2010, David also contributes as a Sound Editor for the Motion Picture Editors Guild since March 2016. Previous roles include Product Manager at Pro Sound Effects from March 2013 to April 2023 and Utility Sound/Boom Operator for IATSE Local 478 from September 2009 to August 2011, with notable projects including "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter," "The Gates" (13 Episodes), and "Battle: Los Angeles." Academic qualifications include a Master of Music in Music Technology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Northwestern State University.
