Emily Althoff Stoube currently serves as the Sourcing Supervisor at Mi Conveyance Solutions since June 2023, and has been involved in strategic sourcing at Motion since September 2021. Previously, Emily was with Whirlpool Corporation from January 2016 to October 2021, holding roles including Materials Analyst - Change Facilitator, Material Planner, and New Product Introductions - Planner, where responsibilities included analyzing supply chain shortages and managing suppliers. Prior experience includes positions as Supply Chain Manager - New Product and Supply Chain Analyst at HNI Corporation and The HON Company, respectively. Emily began their career with roles in project management at John Deere and marketing/public relations at Hillcrest Family Services. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management with minors in International Business and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
