Reynald Filion

Project Manager - Product Development at Motion Composites

Reynald Filion has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Reynald currently works as a Project Manager - Product Development at Motion Composites since 2021. Previously, they worked at Cogeco Cable inc. as a Project Director, where they managed the deployment of the Telephone and Promotions modules of the self-service Web platform. Reynald also oversaw the deployment of HR and Oracle Time & Labor & Absence Management, using the Oracle AIM methodology.

Reynald also had a role as a Project Director at XStrata, overseeing the deployment project of ABB Ventyx (Mincom) Ellipse ERP at the 5 Canadian sites of the copper division.

Filion also has experience at Bell Canada, where they worked as a Project Director, supporting financial valuation statements and developing financial modeling processes. Reynald worked at Proxima Systems inc. as the VP of Professional Services, managing ERP deployment projects and recovering major projects for the corporation. Reynald also held a similar role at Proxima.
