Ryan Anderson, MBA, currently serves as Regional Manager at Motion, a leader in mobility and accessibility solutions, since August 2022. Previously, Ryan held the position of General Manager at Valleytown Residence from July 2019 to August 2022, overseeing a retirement residence and managing recruitment for multiple properties. As VP of Operations and Owner/Operator at Crowns of Life Outreach from October 2011 to November 2018, Ryan directed organizational development for various supportive services aimed at young parent families. Ryan's career began at Abbott, where the role of Operational Team Lead involved managing production in Point of Care blood testing technology. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration specializing in Social Enterprise from the University of Fredericton, a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University, and dual OMDP Diplomas in Leadership Skills and Business Management Skills from Algonquin College.
