Tanya Martin, MSc, is an experienced UX Writer, Content Designer, Technical Writer, and Instructional Designer currently employed at MS Writing Services since September 2014. With a strong background in financial services and training, Tanya has collaborated with UX/UI designers at Invesco for two years and served as a Technical Writer and Instructional Designer for four years at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Additionally, Tanya has provided English language coaching and tutored university students in various writing styles. As an Adjunct Faculty member for over a decade, Tanya facilitated more than 200 online classes, focusing on business and communication skills. Tanya holds an MS in Human Resources Development with a specialization in Instructional Design from Georgia State University and a BA in Communications from the University of Cincinnati. Currently, Tanya contributes as a Tech Editor/Journalist for a media company while developing skills in AI prompt writing and conversational AI dialogue.
